"Super Slam™" Columbia Blacktail Deer Hunt
for One,Two, or Three Hunters
with John McCollum and Eden Ridge Outfitters
Value $5,000 EACH
IMPORTANT: We are auctioning one hunt at a time. The high bidder can choose to take one, two or all three of these hunts. If only one or two are chosen, the next highest bidder will get a chance at the remaining one or two. Of course, if the top two bidders take only one each, the third highest bidder will have the opportunity for the third hunt.web header 2

The Columbia blacktail deer is one of the more difficult to obtain North American trophies necessary for the 29 that constitute the Super Slam™. The area where these deer are located is somewhat limited, especially when comparing it to the whitetail or mule deer range. At any rate, these hunts are in high demand and we are pleased to offer three of them to our Grand Slam Club/Ovis family and those working toward the Super Slam™.

The hunts are scheduled for November 1-5, 2010 and cannot be postponed.

These hunts will be with John McCollum and Eden Ridge Outfitters. The hunts will be conducted near Medford, Oregon. As you see from the photos here, John has been extremely successful with true trophy bucks on his hunts. John picks hunters up at the Medford, Oregon airport, or of course they are welcome to drive in. Accommodations, meals, trophy prep and packaging, and guide service are also included, and there will be no roughing it as John puts his hunters up at the Fairfield Marriott. This is a spot and stalk type hunt and hunters should bring very good binoculars and be prepared to use them. Hunters are responsible for hunting license ($140.50), deer tag ($375.50) and trophy
and meat shipping.

Special Bonus!

There is a great BONUS. During the time of this hunt, not only are the deer feeding on acorns but the numerous black bears in the area are doing so as well. It is not uncommon at all to see black bears, and the high bidder can upgrade to include black bear for a $1500 trophy fee.

Accommodations, meals, trophy prep and packaging, and guide service are also included!

John McCollum has been a great supporter of GSCO. He made this hunt available because a group of three hunters just had to cancel because the leader had a stroke. This forced them to postpone until next year.
