Hunt provided by Pete and Sharon Jensen, Whitehorse, Yukon
Normal price: $17,950 minus $5,000 Trophy fee paid after ram taken = auction hunt value $12,950
This great oppurtunity is available due to a last minute cancellation and the Jensens have once again graciously offered to help GSCO by allowing us to auction the hunt for them. There are at least 60% Fannin rams in the area, and of course the Fannin is considered a Stone sheep for the Grand Slam. Upon arrival in Dawson City, all transportation to base camp is included. License, tags, and the small mandatory government trophy fees are the responsiblity of the hunter. All in all, this is a fabulous hunting opportunity.
In addition to the Dall or Fannin ram, a caribou or moose may be taken for a trophy fee of $3,500. Grizzly trophy fee is $5,500.00. |
| This is a 12-day hunt scheduled for September 5-16, 2008. Please note that the hunt cannot be delayed, the hunter MUST be available to hunt these dates.
Pete has been outfitting for more than 40 years and has consistently produced for his clients. In 2006, GSCO members Brian Hauck & Stephanie Altimus both took excellent Fannin rams with the Jensens (you see those photos at the top of this page). The Jensens have been great
supporters of GSCO, and we appreciate their continuing to do so.
