*Hunt dates will be dependant on when the Stone sheep hunt is taken due to the timing of the raffle close and the Dall and Stone seasons. For example if the winner can schedule the Stone sheep hunt for 2009, the Dall could be taken in 2010. Otherwise the Dall hunt will in all likelihood need to be 2011. Canadian law will not permit both sheep to be hunted in the same calendar year.

When is the drawing?
The drawing will be held September 1, 2009.
•
Will I receive ticket stubs?
No. Tickets are printed in our office the day of
the drawing. The accounting firm of Parker &
Townes, P.C. will oversee the entire drawing
process and provide a report to certify fairness.
• Can my family/friends
buy raffle tickets?
Only members of GSCO are eligible to
participate in the Members-Only Raffle.
If your family/friends would like to participate,
they must also join and become a member of GSCO.
• What if I already have a Grand Slam®?
Any member of GSCO can participate, even
those who have completed their Grand Slam,
Ovis World Slam® or Capra World Slam®
and beyond.
• If I don’t need all four sheep to
complete my Grand Slam, can I
transfer the remaining hunts to
another hunter?
No. If you choose to transfer the hunts to
another hunter, you must transfer all four. All
four hunts must be taken by the same hunter.
Any hunt not scheduled and completed by
December 31, 2010 will be forfeited.
• What is included in the hunts?
The hunts are all-inclusive. The only expenses
the hunter is responsible for are tag and license
fees, lodging before and after the hunt (if
applicable), and tips. Please tip your guides.
• How many tickets may I purchase?
In order to remain fair to everyone, members
are limited to a maximum of 40 tickets.
